For businesses that don't need a service contract we offer a pay as you go service. Our support staff are only a phone call away when something goes wrong, and in most cases we can call out same day allowing you to get your business back on track.
How does pay as you go support work?
It’s quite simple, you purchase Blocks of support time in either 5 or 10 hour blocks, when you have a problem call our support team, we will try to fix the problem over the phone or call out to your site to fix the problem.
What can I use the support for?
The prepay support can be used for Problem Solving, Installation of Software/Hardware, and Training.
Do I have to use the Support within a specific time period?
There is no limit on when you need to use the support. You can use an hour at a time or use all the time.
How much does it cost?
Pre pay support is sold as a 5 or 10 hour blocks, call out is included in the price;-
Sure Support Pre Pay 5 Hour £120 (Normal price including call out charge for single visit £160)
Sure Support Pre Pay 10 Hour £240 (Normal price including call out charge for single visit £310)
What happens if I go over the time purchased for a support call?
You can do one of two things, purchase another Pre Pay support pack, or we can bill you at the discounted rate of £25 per hour. Which ever option you pick, you will save your business money.
I’m not sure Pre Pay will suite my business, do you provide support to non pre pay customers?
Yes, we have an excellent range of Support products to suite every business, we can give you piece of mind giving your staff Telephone and onsite support that companies with full time IT Departments enjoy with one of our Support Contracts, Or you can call us when you require our help and we can arrange an onsite visit to fix any problems affecting your businesses IT systems.
